Back to School!

Hello Boys & Girls!!  It's time to come back to school.  I have been working really hard on redecorating our classroom this year, I hope you like it (I'll have pictures on here on Monday)!  Thank you to all the parents and students that came to meet the teacher night.  It was so nice to meet you and your family.  School is only four days away... Start going to bed early now so you can get in a routine.  Our lunch is pretty late this year, 5th grade doesn't start to eat until 12:30!!!  So PLEASE eat a big breakfast, we'll all be STARVING by our lunch time!  I'm very excited for this year, I hope you are too!  See you on Wednesday!

This is a short week .... but a lot of Information! :D

Hello Parents!  Since this is a short week there will not be a spelling packet or test this week!  :D  However, there will be math homework each day unless your child finishes it during class if they have time. 

This is a reminder to wear RED, WHITE AND BLUE on Friday to celebrate Veteran's Day.  We will be having an assembly to show respect to our Veterans and honor the Veteran's that are family members of the students and staff at Caywood Elementary. 

Parent Teacher Conferences will be next week Wednesday the 16th and Thursday the 17th.  It is very important that you come meet with me during this time because it is a time where we get to sit down and talk about your child's progress so far this year.  Please send back the time that you would like to meet with me and Mrs. Aytes for one of the two nights.
